Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janie Smith of Hendersonville, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 72, on November 27, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Moss and Lorene Duer Moss; her siblings, Ronnie Moss, Gayle Moss and Joyce Reid; and her daughter-in-law Kristi Allen.
She is survived by: her husband Jim Smith; her children, Kerry Allen, Matthew Smith (Heather), Cindy Smith (Cindy) and Cathy Troutt (Tony); her brother Donnie Moss (Sandra); and her grandchildren, Owen Smith, Daniel Allen, Ashley Gatlin (Dillon), Mary Martin (Seth), Andrew Troutt, Carter Smith, Walker Smith and Lila Clare Smith. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
In Lieu of floral tributes the family has requested that donations be made to the American Cancer Society and Alive Hospice.
