He is survived by: his wife Susan Bright Douglas; his children, Stephen Keith (Heather) of Cottontown, Jessica Clark (Robert) of Ridgetop, Chelsea Leigh Douglas of Nashville and Lea Ann Evans (Matt); his brother Charles Douglas (Rosemary) of Pleasant View; and his grandchildren, Cole Clark, Matthew Clark, Kinsley Ventress, John Ventress, Layla Keith, Katara Amons, River Keith, Olivia Evans, Nadia Evans, Ava Evans and Stella Evans.
