It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jamie L. Rice (Hendersonville, Tennessee), who passed away on December 19, 2022, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Ira Welch; her husband Ulysses "Bill" Rice; her sister Nidle Wiseman; and her brother-in-law Bobby Wiseman. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Rice and Donna Brigance (David); her siblings, Billy Welch, Jimmy Welch (Joyce) and Pat Harrington (Perry); her grandchildren, Megan Jones (Zach) and Matt Franklin Lee (Megan); and her great grandchildren, Braxton Franklin, Gage Franklin and Jaxon Brigance.
