He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirley Laverne Lusk. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Lusk; his children, Zonell Tateishi (Jay), Kenneth "Shayne" Lusk (Laura) and Jean Engelen; his stepdaughters, Karen Boyce (Ray) and Jamie Head; and his brother Dennis Breedlove (Louise). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren.
