It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Neldon Newman Sr. of Hendersonville, Tennessee, who passed away on December 3, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bethel Cordell Newman and Reba Marie Newman. He is survived by: his wife Shri-Lahn Newman; his children, Desiree Newman Lamberth (David), James Newman II (Kelly) and Melita Newman Hebert (John); his grandchildren, Rebekkah Elizondo Soto (Bryan), Caitlin Lamberth, Chantel Hamlin (Chris), Ashley Newman, Holly Newman, Heidi Harover, Adam Harover, John Thomas Cordell Hebert (Hannah) and MaCara Hebert (Connor Moss); his great grandchildren, Haley, Kirk, Chad, Christopher, Viviana and Meredith James; and his siblings, Marie Kirby and John Newman (Linda). He is also survived by his family, friends.
