He was predeceased by: his parents, James Head Howell and Corinne Kyle Howell; his wife Mary Ruth Howell; and his sister Jane Elwood Howell Ralls. He is survived by: his children, Lynn King (Sid), Steve Howell (Lynn) and Leigh Dyer (John); his grandchildren, Matt King, Tim King, Andy King, Allison Bizwell, Ben Howell, James Howell, Mary Gwen Howell and Jordan Dyer; and his great grandchildren, Mary Payton King, Lowell King, Alfie King, Abner King, Wyatt Bizwell and Camilla Rye King.
