He was predeceased by: his parents, Omer Smith and Clara Smith (Martin); and his sisters, Jean Olsen, Pat Ellison and Dot Slagle.
He is survived by: his wife Millidean Smith; his daughters, Belinda Bracey (Larry), Peggy Gaines (Ken) and Vickie Graham (Keith); his grandchildren, Doug Harris (Erin) and Terri-Lynne Harris Work; and his great grandchildren, Hannah Harris and Ericka Crook. He is also survived by wife and enjoying time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to American Diabetes Association or Alive Hospice.
