He was predeceased by: his parents, Rufus Quincy Crabtree and Ava Anna Crabtree (Cooper); and his siblings, Buford, Vernon, Herman, Wilbur, Donald, Stella, Myra, Christine, Helen, Nellie and Edna.
He is survived by: his children, Lisa Anne Crabtree and Keith Henderson Crabtree (Valerie); his grandsons, Noah Henderson Crabtree and Eli Laughlin Crabtree; and his wife Ellen Darlene Crabtree (Ethridge). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Jack Crabtree's name can be made to Hendersonville First United Methodist Church, Alive Hospice or St. Jude.
