He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Boyd Crockett, Sr. and Sarah Paulene Crockett; his son Stephen Glen Crockett; and his nephew Eddie Crockett. He is survived by: his wife Frances G. Crockett; his brothers, Joe L. Crockett (Marilyn) and Paul R. Crockett (Phyllis); his uncle H. R. Crockett (Hudley); and his nephew Chris B. Crockett.
