He is survived by: his wife Candice Moffitt of Hendersonville, TN; his son David Allen Moffitt of Lebanon, TN; his sister Dorothy Lackey of Brentwood, TN; and his grandchildren, Dustin Moffitt, Joshua Moffitt and Kristi Anderson. He is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
