He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Arthur and Flora Sutton Arthur. He is survived by: his wife Jean Arthur; his sons, Mark Arthur (Vickie), Steve Arthur (Edie), Gregory Arthur and Randy Arthur; and his grandchildren, Josh, Bethany, Dylan, Kimberly, Emily, Christopher, Ashley and Kelly. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
