He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hawk and Evelyn Hawk of Chattanooga, Tennessee.; and his sister Mary Hawk Wilson. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Shepherd Hawk; his children, Rebecca Long (Seth) of Lebanon, Diana Habart (Jonathan) of Springfield and Benjamin Hawk of Hendersonville; his sister Donna Long (Rex) of Marietta, Georgia.; his granddaughters, Jordan Johnson (Ryan), Taylor Long, Bailey Long, Evelyn Habart and Lavender Habart; and his great grandchild Riley Martin.
