He was predeceased by: his parents, Austin Rabren and Beatrice Rabren; his wife Mildred; his son Kenny; and his siblings, Paul and Marie Salter.
He is survived by: his daughter Shirley King; his siblings, Harold (late Dot), Donald (Nancy) of Pike Road, AL, Carlos (Carolyn) of Notasulga, AL, Wayne (Charlene) of Pike Road, AL, Kay Dilbeck (late Ed) of Auburn, AL and Patricia Mitchell (Earl) of Opelika, AL; his brother-in-law Ed Salter (late Marie) of Milton, FL; and his grandchildren, Suzie King, Tracey Dindore (Joshua), Jason King (Jenny), Angie Saxton, Tara Allen (Jerry), Lee Rabren and Drew Rabren (Jessica). He is also survived by nine great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
