He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Toth; his brother David Toth; and his grandparents, D. O., Christine McMasters, Theodore and Frances Toth.
He is survived by: his mother Linda Toth; his aunt Patricia Kelsey; his sister Angela Pallwein-Prettner (Thomas); his niece Sophia Pallwein-Prettner; and his pet Rudie Alexander Toth.
