She was predeceased by: her parents, Kirby C. Mayberry and Gladys E. Mayberry (Gough); her husband Henry P. Abbott, Jr.; and her grandson Russell Abbott. She is survived by: her children, Anne Abbott Hitt (Jay), Hank Abbott and David Abbott (Karen); and her sister Eileen Moody. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
