He was predeceased by: his parents, Baird Lee and Monty Nettie Kerns; and his adoptive parents, Joe Russell (Alma Russell), Sandy Bell and Stoney Stonebraker.
He is survived by: his former wife Linda Loveless; his daughter Tammy Jo Loveless; his grandchildren, Melissa Guffy, Jeremiah Sorrell (Jeremy) and Jessica Sorrell; his great grandchildren, Ava, Connor and Cora; his former spouse Pat Russell; his children, Mark Russell and Tracy Nugent; his grandchildren, Chelsea, Cortney and Michael; his great grandchild Dianna; his former wife Terri Kay Russell; his son Edward Russell II; his granddaughter Emily Kay Russell; his wife Deb Wallin of Hendersonville, TN; his brother-in-law David Hallquist; his stepson Matthew Wallin; his grandchildren, Matthew Wallin Jr. and Brianna Hill; his great grandchild JB Hill; and also Mary Stonecipher.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:30 PM and from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Hendersonville Memory Gardens, Funeral Home & Cremation Center (353 E Main St, Hendersonville, TN 37075). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location.
