He is survived by: his wife Vicki Collins; his children, Jason Collins and Heather Stephens (Chad); his grandchildren, Alexis Homan (Josh), Rachel Collins, Jessica Collins, Maelea Stephens, Shelby Stephens and Shaylee Stephens; his great grandchild Lynnleigh Homan; and his siblings, Sadie Braswell, Rose Carter, Cathy Anderson, Jessie Norton, Ann Roper, Troy Collins and Martha O'Bryan. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
