He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe E. Jolley and Annie Alice Jolley (Sadler); his wife Nellie Jolley (Hunter); his son Darryl Crutcher; and his granddaughter Marcia Jill Godfrey.
He is survived by: his children, Darlene Godfrey (Van), Jeff Crutcher (Mary), Jennifer Morales (Brian) and Jackie Jolley; his grandchildren, Adam Godfrey (Nicole), Elizabeth Tucker, Mary Kathryn Bennett (Adam), Emily Dench (Jeff), Barbara Simpson (Terrance), Hunter Gooch and Morgan Gooch; and his sister Dot Waffird. He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren.
