He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Mundy and Margaret Mundy; and his siblings, Tommy Mundy, H. W. "Bunny" Mundy, Jeraldine Beard and Barbara Dye.
He is survived by: his wife Lula Mundy; his children, Michael Mundy (Nancy) and Debra Shreve (Dean); his grandchildren, Matthew Mundy (Kelsey), Christian Shreve and Ryan Shreve; his great grandchildren, Christopher Mundy, Tristan Shreve and Emry Shreve; and his sisters, Beverly Lever and Sandy Abernathy.
