It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Diane Ericson Tummons of Hendersonville, Tennessee, who passed away on February 15, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Carl Ericson; and her sister Joyce Horvat. She is survived by: her mother Clara Ericson; her husband Don Tummons; her children, Mark Tummons (Meriam) of New Johnsonville, Traci Akin (Carey) of Dallas, GA and Mike Tummons (Melanie) of Hendersonville; and her grandchildren, Matthew Tummons, Mallory Tummons, Sam Tummons, Alex Tummons (Kaylan), Claire Tummons, Ryan Akin (Hope) and Allie Akin. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Chapel of Sumner Funeral & Cremation Lakeside (104 Sanders Ferry Rd, Hendersonville, TN 37075).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
