She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Joseph and Ella Mae Roden; and her brother Loran Roden. She is survived by: her husband Michael R. Thornton; her son Charles "Chuck" Moores; her grandson Eli Moores; her sister Charlotte Roden Payne Rainwater (Douglas); her sister-in-law Peggy Roden; and her pet Max. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
