He is survived by: his wife Betty Sue Phillips; his son Curtis Phillips (Karen); his stepchildren, Dave Armstrong, Jack Armstrong (Karen), Tom Armstrong (Karen) and Tammy Armstrong; and his grandchildren, Casey, Amber, Ashley, April, Jeffrey, Jessica, Katelyn, Anna, Alyssa and Aaron.
