He is survived by: his wife Frances Downey; his children, Dennis Downey (Mary) and Deborah Looper (Mike); his grandchildren, Crystal Bowman, Michael Looper, Jillain Pigg and Jordan Downey; his great grandchildren, Gaven, Caden, Jaxen, Charlie June Hunter, Hayden Grace, Grayson, McKenzied and Bennett; his stepdaughters, Brenda Weatherby (Victor) and Janet Rodes (Roger); and his siblings, Carlos Downey (Carolyn) and Patricia Johnson. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
