He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Scott Raymer and Vera Elizabeth Mitchell Raymer. He is survived by: his wife Joan F. Raymer; his sons, Jason Raymer (Lara), Jeff Winn (Susan), Steven Winn, Bill Winn (Audra) and Dan Winn (Lisa); and his sister Vicky Willett. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
