He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Duncan Lewellen; his children, Julie Flannagan, Kelly Nelson and Kevin Lewellen (Janet); his stepchildren, Karen Anderson (Sean) and Andy Tubb; his grandchildren, Brady Dodson, Allie Dodson, Aidan Flannagan, Keegan Flannagan, Juliana Nelson, Jenna Claire Woody (Tyler), Justin Lewellen (Kelly), Caitlin Lewellen and Ashleigh Lewellen; his great grandchildren, Ava Rose, Darby and Elias; and his siblings, Bunny Krag (Benny) and Sam Lewellen (Linda). He is also survived by extended family and dear friends.
