He is survived by: his wife Misty Duke of Hendersonville, TN; his daughter Taylor Duke of Hendersonville, TN; and his siblings, Jason Duke (Tonya) of Livingston, TN, Russell Duke (Sean) of White House, TN and Melinda Wunder (Dan) of Hendersonville, TN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
