He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Claybrook Locke and Dora Walker Locke. He is survived by: his wife Inita Johnson Locke; his children, Cathy Lackey, Anthony Louis "Tony" Locke (Leah), Anita Colleen Sweeton (Garry) and Samuel Keith Locke; his grandchildren, Beth Lackey, Brooke Rosener (Alan), Blair Lackey, Megan Perdue (Ben), Jena Thomas (Josh), Daniel Louis Sweeton (Katie), Samuel Sweeton and Joshua Henson (Allison); and his brother Paul Locke (Evelyn). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
