We are sad to announce that on July 8, 2019, at the age of 65, Constance Marie Fanning (Hendersonville, Tennessee), born in Detroit, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sloat and Rosemarie Sloat. She is survived by: her children, Liberty Lander (Mike Perez) and Toby Fanning, Jr. (Kristen); her grandchildren, Aubrey, Koen, Kya, Araceli and Ava Kate; her siblings, William F. Sloat (France) and Karen M. Sloat; and her significant other Phil Chandler. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
