He is survived by: his brother Justin; his parents, Ralph and Mary; his grandmother Shirley Maynard; his aunts and uncles, Kenneth Buck, Joe Buck, Tony Buck (Debbie), Pam Manilla, Nancy Streeter, Kathy Smith (Dewey), Patty Buck and Amy Lanter (Rod); his cousin Tori Manilla; and his pet Nitro.
