He was predeceased by: his father Chester Cornett of Hendersonville, TN.. He is survived by: his mother Patricia Cornett (Dempsey) of Hendersonville, TN.; his son Phillip Clay Cornett (Tracy) of Gallatin, TN.; his grandchildren, Atakelti, Bowen, Anslee and Nile Cornett; his daughter Lori Cornett Stottman (Josh) of Hendersonville, TN.; his grandchildren, Brady, Beckett, Bauer and Boone Stottman; his wife Amanda Smith of Clarksville, TN; his stepchildren, Alexandra and Morgan; and his sisters, Cathy Dennis (Doug) and Cindy Bearden. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
