She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy L. Jacobs and Lorene Stewart Jacobs; and her sister Barbara Ann Jacobs Cowan. She is survived by: her husband Douglas L. Johnson; her daughter Renee Rountree; and her brother William "Bill" Jacobs (Anita). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
