She is survived by: her children, Robert "Rob" Mullins (Carla), Carole Kozlowski (Wally), Cindy Miller and Debi Paul (Jeff); her grandchildren, Steve Kozlowski (Christy), Ryan Kozlowski, Katelyn Dinka (Eric), Amy Mullins, Ashley Kozlowski, Cheryl Mullins, Dominic Miller, Brittany McCoy (Lawson) and Kelly Kozlowski; her great grandchildren, Travis, Paxton, Jaxen, Skylar, Monty, Bella and Cooper Moon; and her sister Jo Cermak.
