He was predeceased by: his parents, David Scheidt and Mollie Scheidt; his wife Linda Scheidt; and his siblings, Harry Scheidt, Emanuel Scheidt, Lydia Dinges and Shirley Rodgers.
He is survived by: his daughters, Cindy Bacorn (Robert) and Sandie Callen (Michael); and his grandchildren, Amber Rosenberg (Matt), Jeremiah Bacorn, Jennifer Pessall, Tawnia Hodyc and Jesse Hodyc. He is also survived by 11 great grandchildren.
