He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Draper and Velma Richardson Draper; and his sister Wilma Mabey. He is survived by: his wife Stella Louise Bailey Draper; his sons, Billy "Joey" Draper, Jr. (Kim) and Randy Draper; his grandsons, Chris Newman (Aubrey), Isaac Hixson and Dillon Draper; and his siblings, Betty Adams and Bruce Draper (Jane).
