He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Bushulen and Anna Bushulen; and his brother George M. Bushulen. He is survived by: his wife Dale W. Bushulen; his children, Gregg Bushulen (Teresa) and Amy Austin (Michael); his grandchildren, Greggory Bushulen (Stephanie), Emma Kate Austin and Sarah Austin; and his great grandchild Greggory S. Bushulen.
