She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Story and Mary Buena Hewell; her brothers, I. J. Story and Douglas Story; and her husband Verney Boyett.
She is survived by: her children, Dorris Elizer (Wesley), Glenda Flynn (Mike), Chuck Boyett (Debbie) and Barbara Boyett (Diane Reina); her grandchildren, Christie Mundy (Joey), Cindy Waldron (Terry), Dana Moore (Jason), Scott Watts (Misti), Brooks Boyett (Stacey) and Brent Boyett (Natalie); and her nephew Wade Story (Wanda). She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, four great-great-grandchildren.
