She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Otto and Cora Hughes Killebrew. She is survived by: her children, William Whittle, Janice Klitzing (Mike), Philip Whittle (Georgie) and Randy Whittle (Selena); her sister Beverly Dunlap; and her grandchildren, Carl Klitzing, Tiffany Brinkley, Will Whittle (Kari), R. D. Whittle, Jacey Birch, Gillian Fields (Shelby) and Sarah Horan. She is also survived by 14 great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
