With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Betty W. Anderson of Hendersonville, Tennessee, born in Kingsport, Tennessee, who passed away on August 30, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnathan Willard and Bessie Willard; her husband Phillip J. Anderson; and her siblings, Frances Cornett, Margaret Willard and John H. Willard.
She is survived by: her children, Norma Anderson (Atsushi Matsubara) and Joel Anderson (Nancy); her grandchildren, John Matsubara, Joel Matsubara, Caroline Matsubara, Spencer Anderson and Katie Anderson; and her sister Bonnie Willard.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hendersonville First United Methodist Church or Alive Hospice.
