She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Warren Jackson "Gene" Smith; her son David Warren Smith; her parents, John Bledsoe and Mamie Bledsoe; her siblings, Evelyn Kemp and Randall Bledsoe; her children, Greg Smith (Lu), Mark Smith (Pam), Kristy Nelson (Brian) and Melanie Bell (Al); her daughter-in-law Stephanie Smith; and her grandchildren, Robert Jackson "Jake" Smith (Caroline), Kathryn Lorraine "Katie" Smith, Allie Benton (Chris), Micha Smith, Wes Warren Smith, Brooke Smith, Christina Smith, Joey Smith, Lisa Lorraine Smith, Caroline Nelson, Scott Nelson, Nate Nelson, Avery Bell, Morgan Bell, Reed Bell and Riley Bell. She was also cherished by great-grandchildren.
