She was predeceased by: her husbands, Richard Thaxton and Bryant Claywell; her daughter-in-law Sherry Thaxton; and her grandson Jeremy Thaxton. She is survived by: her children, Pamela Thaxton Simpkins (David) and Wayne Thaxton; her grandchildren, Angela Sanders (Cleve), Darrell Thaxton (Tina) and Brandi Claborn (Shane); her great grandchildren, Adam Sanders, Aaron Sanders, Autumn Sanders, Lacey Claborn, Kaley Claborn, Dalton Thaxton and Kelsey Thaxton; and her great great grandchild Kaisley.
