He is survived by: his daughters, Shawanna (Mike Jenkins), Samantha (Jim Smith) and Simona Thomas of Clarksville; his grandchildren, Janet, Chris Strode, Darrell, Lori Smith, Chiann Thomas, Judson and Tara Thomas; his great grandchildren, Christian Strode, Hayden Strode, Nash Allen Smith and Cecilia Smith; his siblings, Margie Turner of Lafayette, Nancy (Keith Cornwell), Prentice (Dean Smith), Kenneth (Gail Smith), William (Gail Smith), Calvin (Linda Smith) and Ralph (Sandra Smith); and his sisters-in-law, Rebecca Smith and Pam Smith of Nashville. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
