He is survived by: his wife Glenda Mayernick (Burgess); his children, Ruth Hopkins (Tim), Mike Mayernick (Suzanne) and Mandy Harvey (Brian); his grandchildren, Levi Hopkins (Bridget), Glennie Hopkins (Fiance' Adam Kupferberg), Ivie Hopkins, Wain Artis (Fiance' Audrey), Michael Mayernick, Grace M. Hackett (Davey), Annabelle Mayernick, MillerAnne Mayernick, Tuta M. Morris (Joshua), Joshua Mayernick, Caleb Mayernick, Josie Love Mayernick, Ben Harvey, Elijah Harvey, Kate Harvey and Mia Harvey; his great grandchild Crew Hackett; and his sisters, Janice Hightower and Arlene Burgess. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
