He is survived by: his wife Macie Cook of Rome, TN.; his daughter Debbie Hensley (Keith) of Rome, TN.; his granddaughter Kristy Hensley; his brothers, James Cook (Faye) of Rome, TN and Kevin Cook (Lisa) of Gordonsville, TN.; his brother-in-law Charles Haney (Carol) of Ohio; and his close friends, Daisy, Chelsey and Marley.
