She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Brandon and Mary Brandon; her siblings, Sonny and Judy; and her husbands, John H. Bowman and Lyman Ferry.
She is survived by: her daughters, Darlene King (Philip) and Judy Lynn Shanks (Walter). She is also survived by four grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren.
