He was predeceased by: his father Earl James Ewen; and his nephew Joshua Ewen. He is survived by: his daughter Angela Wickstrom (Mike); his mother Agnes Ewen-Kelley (Calabrese); his grandson Micheal Wickstrom, Jr.; his siblings, Tina Simmons (Tim), Greg Ewen and Dennis Ewen; his nieces, Chelsea (Chance), Jessica and Sarah; and his close friends, Todd, Chuck, Doug, Ron, Jack and Peter.
