He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph R. Patterson and Voila Dunn Patterson; his wife Sarah Frances Naylor; and his children, Anthony Lynn (Ramona McDowell), Anita Gail (Robert DeTorres) and Susan Janette (Montgomery Nye).
