She was predeceased by: her parents, O. D. Hockaday and Emmer Eller Romaine Hockaday; her son James Carl Kirk; and her siblings, Carl Hockaday, Gillis Hockaday, Archie Hockaday, Junior Hockaday, Jewell Leonard and Lena Mae Parker.
She is survived by: her daughter Wanda Kitchen of Henderson; and her grandchildren, Ken, Jr., Stacy Leigh, Chris of Shonda, J. J. and Shane. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
