He is survived by: his wife Vonnie Sue McCollum; his stepchildren, Randy Azbill (Terri) and Sandy Maness; his daughter Stacy Young; his grandchildren, Michael Azbill, Josh Azbill, Tyler Maness, Haley Young and Kinzie Young; and his close friend Zula Woods White.
