He is survived by: his wife Martha Sue Massengill; his children, Stace Massengill, Stan Massengill, Sherry Fraley and Suzanne Tate; his sisters, Mary Etta Duke, Nannie Nixon and Joy Grisham; and his granddaughter Alace Frayley.
