He was predeceased by: his parents, John Alvy Augusta and Jossie Jane Spencer Goodwin; and his siblings, Alvin Edward Goodwin and Mary Kathleen Swank. He is survived by: his wife Grace Sharum Goodwin of Henderson; and his sons, Bobby Spence Goodwin (Theresa) of Henderson, Dennis Owen Goodwin (Pamela) of Jackson and Gary Augusta Goodwin (Debbie) of Henderson. He is also survived by two grandchildren, seven great grandchildren and three great-great grandchildren.
